Design Engine Architects Ltd are working with a prominent Property Developer that is working on Developments in Cairns, Sydney, Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast. This 8 storey apartment block has 8 150m2 Sectional Title Apartments.
ARCHITECT'S DESIGN
Design Engine have integrated a car-hoist system to provide for the parking provisions on a long, narrow site. The techno-morphism industrial aesthetic of the car-hoist interlocking with the crisp white neo-modern apartments completes the machine aesthetic solution. Expansive wrap-around verandahs with passive solar control cantilevered roofs provide breathtaking views over the beach and canals. The Apartment design allows for Home/Office and Residence catering for flexible, outdoors and recreational living.
